The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows: H. B. 2837 - "A Bill to amend and reenact §61-6-24 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to expanding the definitions regarding terrorist acts; establishing criminal penalties for the commission, support and incitement to commit terrorist acts; and providing for property forfeiture in certain circumstances. "
